Isfahan number one
Field of activity: Manufacturing of polymer and composite parts of automobile, metal parts and colored polymer parts and assembly
Metals: 50,000 square meters
Production hall number: 17 rooms according to the following: plastic injection, press line, SMC unit, color line and production and assembly of composite parts
Polymeric injection unit:Includes three separate halls, which include 28 injection machines in tanks of 300 to 2700 tons. The unit operates in the production of various types of vehicle polymer parts, including various types of vehicle shields.
Metal Unit (Pressure): Includes two separate halls, which are responsible for the production of metal parts of the car body including fenders, engine doors and so on. This collection includes 9 hydraulic and mechanical presses with a capacity of 160 to 1250 tons. It is worth noting that the assembly line of this unit is robotics.
Composite unit (SMC): Includes three 3120 square meters, one SMC Sheet Line Production Hall and two other salons producing and assembling composite parts.
Color unit:This unit consists of a mechanized polymer staining line, built in two hallways with a total area of 2,400 square meters, and has a capacity of 2200 shields per day.
Construction and support unit:
In the field of construction and engineering, the company also has a separate auditorium with CNC machining machines, including milling machines, milling and parsing.
Warehouses:
This site has 7 indoor halls for storing its 8,000 square meter manufacturing units, with about 100 staff members operating at No. 1 in Isfahan and a total of 240 staff members.

The site employs over 8,000 square meters of space, including three production and warehouses and 15 employees for the company's engineering components.
