The year 2002 has become a beginning for us to flourish, innovate and reproduce one of the ancient food sources of the country, the traditional Yazd plant. Until now, the product was produced only in small, traditional workshops, after 10 years of testing and development, with the design and invention of the industrial production line by Haj Mehdi Afzali for the first time in the country. Afzali Sugar Factory is located on a land of 9300 square meters with the infrastructure of four production halls covering 3400 square meters as the first and only Yazdi factory with quality control units, laboratory and fully mechanized production line. Improving the quality of the traditional plant and promoting the health and beauty of Yazdi, the plant has been able to produce up to six tonnes of sugar per day, which has increased the confidence and quality of these long-standing traditions of Yazd city by 100 percent.
