Mr. Mehdi Poonaki’s Family Business in manufacturing Automobile Radiators after 3rd generations (since 1938) celebrated its “80th Anniversary”.

Kooshesh Radiator was founded in summer 1964 by Mr. Mehdi Poonaki as a medium workshop. In late 80s, in view of the need of domestic automakers, supply of auto parts market and foreign market entry, the workshop turned to Kooshesh Radiator Mfg. Co.

Cooperation of expert manpower, taking advantage of automatic machinery, automated production line and modern laboratory facilities, including pulse test machine, vibration testing machine, wind tunnel testing (the largest in the Middle East), and thermal shock testing (the best samples at international level) are among major factors contributing to development of Kooshesh Radiator Mfg. co. to maintain its place as one of the top Iranian Automobile Radiator manufacturers.

National Iranian Standard was awarded to company after it succeeded to fully equip its chemical and mechanical laboratories in 90s and 2000s; the company was also recognized as Distinguished Standard Unit by Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran in 2002, 2015 and 2018.

The first company to Receive National Trophy for "Green" Industry in Automobile Radiator Manufacturing Industry at National Level.

The first company to be awarded ISIRI 3224 national standard in manufacturing types of Automobile Radiator in Iran.

The first holder of IATF 16949:2016 (Automobile Industry Standard for Quality Management) from TÜV NORD‌, Germany, in Iran.

The first company to be awarded ISIRI-ISO/IEC 17025 standard (Laboratory Quality Management) in Automobile Radiator industry of Iran.

The first company with qualified reference laboratory in performing types of Automobile Radiator tests (aluminum - copper and brass) from Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran since 2006.

By achieving its environmental missions and fulfilling its social responsibilities within the past decades, Kooshesh Radiator Mfg. Co. has succeeded to promote ISO 14001:2015 international standard (for environmental management system) from TÜV NORD institute as well as promoting ISO 9001:2015 international standard (quality management system) by achieving its goals in manufacturing quality products and customers satisfaction.

The company was honored to receive national appreciation awards and trophies such as Distinguished Entrepreneur 2007, Distinguished Enterprise for Customers Satisfaction 2012, Top Manufacturing Unit for Protection of Consumers’ Rights during 2013 through 2017, as well as Exemplary Distribution Unit during 2011 through 2017.

In making effort to realize non-oil export objectives, Kooshesh Radiator Mfg. Co. was selected as Premier Exporter during 2009 through 2015 as a distinguished manufacturer for supply of standard Iranian products at international level.

Currently, the company exports to more than 30 countries in the world, in 4 continents (Europe, America, Asia and Africa).
