Molecular sieves, or molecular sieves, are one of the most economical and widely used surface absorbers in the industry. It consists of three-dimensional alumina crystalline metal silicate networks and has three types of Y, X, A that are more commonly used in the industry than type A and X. Moleculars with a diameter of 2.5 to 5 mm (4 8 8 mesh) are usually used in the gas phase and molecules with a diameter of 6.1 to 6.2 mm (8 × 12 mesh) or smaller in the liquid phase . Molecular sieves are renewable adsorbents and their applications include moisture absorption, removal of CO2, CO, H2S, SO2, dehydration from compressed air and alcohols.
