Nowadays, due to the advancement of technology, the hardware sector (especially the entry of CNC machines) as well as the software industry of the molding industry has made significant progress in terms of reducing the time of construction and the ability to fabricate molds with complex forms. The mold production process is divided into two parts: the first part is the mold design stage, and the second part includes the machining and assembly components of the mold. In the design section, the design of the template requires a technical plot of the piece to be prepared first. Then, the design engineer, based on his knowledge and experience, has designed components, shapes as well as template layout systems using Catia, SolidWorks & Corel software and builds the 3D model of the template. In the second step, this three-dimensional model is based on the machining of the mold by a CNC machine, and the operator by the software PowerMill implements the machining program on the 3D model that the designer gave him, in a computer connected to the CNC machine, and eventually automatically by the machine The CNC runs on the raw model. After the machine, these components are sent to cast iron to be made of metal. Then these components are tensed to prevent deformation and warping after machining. Finally, after the completion of the machine operation, the assembly process of the mold is carried out.
