Preparation method (for 4 people)
1- Mix the contents of one sachet with 1 liter of water (4 glasses).
2- Stir the contents of the container until it reaches boiling temperature until it is completely dissolved.
3- Put the resulting mixture on a gentle heat until it reaches the right consistency and softens the barley grains for 15 to 20 minutes and stir regularly.
Each serving of prepared barley and tomato soup (250 ml) contains:

0.1 g of saturated fatty acid
1/1 gram of sugar
1.5 grams of sodium salt
Ingredients: barley flakes, wheat flour, vegetables (tomatoes (containing whey), onions, parsley and onions), refined table salt, yeast extracts, refined edible sunflower oil, sugar, natural flavors (squash and fried eggplant ), Spices (turmeric, black pepper, thyme and cinnamon), citric acid.
