Preparation method (for 6 people)
1- Add the sachet content to 500 ml of cold low-fat milk.
2- Stir the contents of the container until it reaches boiling temperature.
3- Put the resulting mixture on a gentle heat until it reaches the right consistency for 1 minute.
Each serving of prepared white sauce (85 ml) contains:
63 kcal of energy
0.6 grams of fat
0.2 g of saturated fatty acid
5 grams of sugar
0.8 grams of sodium salt
Ingredients: Wheat flour, skim milk powder, refined edible salt, refined edible sunflower oil, yeast extracts, sugar, spices (white pepper and nutmeg) and onion
