is a traditional sour milk cheese made with a large proportion of manual labor. After a two-day pre-ripening period, the cheese is refined with red cultures and then matures further.
Original cheese enjoyment, which got its name from Käse Lehmann in the 1970s and was offered as an alternative to our "Der Blaue". It has only 0.5% absolute fat and is lactose-free.
