For our popular Mexican bean soup, we mixed a colorful trio of beans with fruity paprika and yellow corn and finely seasoned them to be mildly spicy. That's how easy it is to put a hearty and invigorating bean stew on the table for a varied meal.
Slowly heat the contents of the can in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stirring occasionally! Not cook!
