The Alma Holderschatz is a true cheese specialty. The loaf is made from fresh hay milk according to old cheese tradition and then covered by hand with elderflowers. This edible rind gives it its unique aroma and a pleasant fresh Holder scent. The combination of cheese and elderflowers is ideal as a highlight on any cheese platter, for a snack or in salads and is also a special feature when warm as cheese for raclette.
