Our master cheesemakers produce Beemster Bio from healthy and delicious organic milk, without the addition of artificial smells, colors or flavorings and without ripening accelerators. Beemster has a very typical, very creamy texture: it melts on the tongue. It has matured for at least 3 months and contains significantly less salt than other types of cheese.
