The young cheese has a mild, creamy taste and a wonderfully fresh aftertaste. Its aroma is fresh and sour, similar to buttermilk. It also smells like fresh grass. Thanks to its smooth structure, it melts on the tongue.

From happy cows made from 100% grass-fed milk, because all Beemster farmers have been receiving pasture premiums since 2002. 10th anniversary in 2012. Beemster is still traditionally stirred with genuine craftsmanship in open vats. For real enjoyment.
Comes from the beautiful Beemster polder in Noord-Holland, an area that has been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site.
