Beemster X-O- (Extra Old) is the culmination of Beemster cheese art with 26 months of maturing.
Rich in aromas, sweet and spicy and well-rounded. Pure cheese enjoyment in perfection. The many white ripening crystals clearly show the extraordinarily long aging time of this very special specialty.

Beemster is still traditionally stirred with genuine craftsmanship in open vats. For real enjoyment. Milk from happy cows, 100% pasture milk, because all Beemster farmers have been receiving pasture premiums since 2002. 10 year anniversary in 2012.

Beemster X-O- regularly wins gold medals in international cheese competitions.
