From central Switzerland. The oldest hard cheese in Switzerland has been produced in the central Swiss cantons for over 500 years. Each loaf is given at least 22 months to mature and is regularly rubbed dry with great care. This cheese made from organic raw milk can be sliced wafer-thin, rasped into flakes and broken into tasty "Möcklis". It has the AOP seal of approval and is guaranteed to be free from artificial additives and genetic engineering.
