County AOP 13-18 months Aging of Excellence

Comté AOP "Affinage d'Excellence" is made exclusively from Montbéliardes cows' raw milk. These are fed only with grass and hay. It has been selected exclusively in France by our master cheese maker. The loaves are made in the traditional way and sent to Marcel Petite at Fort Lucotte to continue aging for 13-18 months. It unfolds subtle aromas of dried fruit, fresh hazelnuts and curry and a seductive scent of gratins.

Available as:
- Loaf, about 36 kg x 1
- 1/8 loaf, about 5 kg x 2
- 1/16 loaf, about 2.50kg x 2
