County AOP Block Cyclamen Marcel Small

The Comté AOP Bloc Cyclamen belongs to the Cyclamen range, the established sizes from the Second Château.

The Comté AOP Bloc Cyclamen is a Comté from the famous "Petite" house in Pontarlier. The cheeses are personally selected by the cellar master and have an intense taste.

Available as:
Aged 6-8 months: Comté Bloc Cyclamen Rouge
- 2.50kg x 8
- 2.50kg x 2

Aged for 12 months: Comté Bloc Cyclamen Or
- 2.50kg x 8

For 5 generations now, the Marcel Petite company has been dedicated to aging Comté in the heart of the Jura mountains. This is how the company became one of the most famous aging companies in France. Maison Petite's 35 partner dairies produce loaves of raw milk from Montbéliard cows fed with grass and hay from natural pastures. The aim of Maison Petite is to highlight the rich and varied character of these dairies, located mainly in the mountainous area, with different suitable aging processes (cellars of the Granges Narboz and Fort Saint-Antoine).
