Délice d'Argental Garlic and Fine Herbs

This soft cheese (double cream) from Burgundy is wrapped in garlic and fine herbs. It matures under a cheese cover for 2 weeks. The flavors of the mixture of garlic and fine herbs infuse into the dough and add flavor to the entire cheese.

As it matures, this cheese naturally develops various types of white mold that are perfectly edible. The formation of this layer of mold is quite normal and contributes to the ripening of the cheese.
