The real Schnifner mountain cheese 6 months matured

The real Schnifner Bergkäse is a raw milk cheese and the award-winning top product from the Schnifis dairy. The raw material hay milk comes from 16 family farms in Schnifis, Düns and Dünserberg (all members of the cooperative), some of which farm their Alps up to 1500 meters above sea level. The milk is collected daily from the farmers in our own milk truck and processed into natural products of the highest quality in the alpine dairy with knowledge, experience and sensitivity.

Malt, light caramel, almonds and yoghurt exude a feeling of creaminess and freshness in the fragrance. The expression on the palate is similar with compact, mellow and wonderfully melting dough. Cream, hay, roasted peanuts and honey complete the fine cheese experience.
