Zillertaler is a hearty, tasty semi-hard cheese made from the best hay milk. During the 8-week ripening period, it is cultivated with great care and special red cultures. This gives it its unmistakable taste and special aroma.

Cream, malt and cooked asparagus meet in the scent. On the palate, the red culture emerges more clearly with prominent notes of ammonia. These are balanced by walnut, young wood and cream as well as a smooth, elastic dough. It is lactose-free and a pleasure for every occasion!
