SGJ Grade TU1 Oxygen Free High Conductivity (OFHC)

OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity) Copper is the highest purity grade of copper, about 99.99%. Often used as a conductor of electricity.
CTU1 is one of them, which has better forming, resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, and brazing characteristics than C110 ETP. CTU1/C102 has good solderability and corrosion resistance and is used for high current applications.  It also has another characteristic, that is, after special treatment can be welded with ceramic.
High Conductivity (OFHC) Copper characteristics are high ductility, high electrical and thermal conductivity, high impact strength, good creep resistance, ease of welding, and low volatility under high vacuum. The compound line of fixed expansion to high conduction of electricity and high conduction of heat is a kind of compound sealing material that is made of alloy Fe-Ni or Fe-Ni-Co or Fe-Cr and oxygen-free copper.
