From the Swiss valley of the Emme. The original with the original taste - Anno 1291 - is traditionally handcrafted according to the strictest requirements. The master cheese maker needs around 1,200 liters of the best fresh raw milk for a loaf weighing around 95 kg. Emmentaler AOP URTYP® has matured to the point: the aging period is at least 12 months, at least 7 of which are in a damp cellar. Its taste profile is pure, full-bodied, aromatic and hearty with a soft finish and no sharpness. It is guaranteed free of artificial additives and genetic engineering.
