The Vorarlberger Bergkäse bears the seal of quality of the protected designation of origin and is made from pure Vorarlberg grass and hay milk that is fresh every day. The traditional production of mountain cheese is only possible in silo-free areas and requires a lot of experience and skill in addition to a high-quality raw material.
