Gotthelf Emmental AOP

From the Swiss valley of the Emme. The original with the AOP seal of approval, named after the famous Swiss poet Jeremias Gotthelf, is made in the traditional, artisanal way as it was in the 19th century: with fat sirt cultures grown by the cheese dairies themselves, which give the cheese its typical regional taste. The maturation period is at least 12 months. This is where the characteristic holes form. It is guaranteed free of artificial additives and genetic engineering.
