As a seasoning cheese with a breading of tomatoes and basil, it is particularly suitable for refining dishes such as pasta, risotto, casseroles or steamed vegetables. Grated onto hot dishes, it becomes creamy and gives every dish the final touch. For us, DIE KÄSEMACHER, Granitbeißer is the Waldviertel’s answer to Parmesan.
