4 week matured Gouda from the province of Noord Holland on the Dutch North Sea coast, which used to be mostly sea. Here fertile pastures have been reclaimed from the sea. This cheese is made exclusively from the rich milk of cows that graze on the salt marshes typical of the region. In traditional quality, this creates a Premium Gouda with a particularly creamy consistency across all stages of maturity. He also carries the PDO. Seal "Noord-Hollandse Gouda".
This cheese has a mild, full flavor with a full-bodied creamy consistency. The Holland Master Noord Hollander Creamy Mild tastes particularly good on fresh light bread. A young white wine or a light beer goes best with this.
