From June 10th there will be original Mai-Gouda from Holland again. This traditional specialty is made from May milk, which is particularly rich in vitamins and minerals. Mai-Gouda matures in the rind for 6 weeks and develops a particularly delicate, creamy taste. The young cheese tastes delicious with a glass of wine - and wonderful with asparagus or summer salad. The consumer can recognize Original Mai-Gouda by the Frau Antje seal.
