Old Amsterdam Young & Mild is a unique cheese with a sweet and slightly savory taste. It is mildly matured, tender and creamy. The naturally matured Old Amsterdam is traditionally stored on wooden boards in the maturing warehouse and is cared for there by hand. This process, which has been perfected over the years, and the unique recipe give Old Amsterdam its noble taste. This goes well with light, mild white wines - preferably with lots of fruit, light red wines; light beers also a pils or non-alcoholic wheat beer or a fresh, mild fruit juice.
