Small sandstone from Alsace
The Grès cheese is a specialty, made by hand with an original oval shape. The cheese gets all its flavors from the lush flora of the Vosges. The stoneware is decorated with a fern leaf, the hallmark of cheese from the stoneware series.
The famous little Grès d'Alsace is now also available filled with cranberry preparation, or Beaujolais confit. The taste harmonises perfectly with the strong taste of the Grès. The result is a cheese for connoisseurs that gives your cheese platters a very special touch.
