From central Switzerland. The oldest hard cheese in Switzerland has been produced in the central Swiss cantons for over 500 years. Each loaf is given at least 22 months to mature and is regularly rubbed dry with great care. It can be sliced wafer-thin, rasped into flakes and broken into tasty "Möcklis". This cheese specialty with the AOP seal of approval is guaranteed to be free from artificial additives and genetic engineering.
