These wonderfully creamy sheep's cheese balls are made according to original Waldviertel recipes and are individually packaged without any oil. In order to guarantee the quality of the product, these balls are wrapped by hand in a protective coat of curry parsley - this is how Waldviertel cheese specialties are created piece by piece! The small, savory pralines are particularly good as a fine treat on cheese platters, salads or as an accompaniment to wines. Served with some jam or chutneys, flavor compositions are created that speak for themselves. If you use fine skewers or Soletti sticks (salt sticks) to skewer the spicy balls, you create a savory "Cake Pop" variant that is very nice to look at, meets the current zeitgeist and is an excellent accompaniment to wines or an aperitif.
