Triplerousse d'Argental

This cheese is enriched in cream and its surface is lightly colored with annatto. It is available under a transparent plastic bell that preserves all its freshness. Its wafer-thin rind, which is hardly recognizable as such, is orange in color and covered with a light down. The dough develops a nice taste of fresh cream, sour and milky and with a faint salty note. Its taste is light, fresh and the texture incredibly melt-in-the-mouth and frothy.
