The excellent quality of Woerle's Emmental mild is based on more than 125 years of experience in the production of exquisite Emmentaler, paired with natural, daily fresh and GMO-free hay milk. A special manufacturing process and careful care during the 3-month maturation give the Austrians' favorite Emmental its unmistakable taste.
Beautiful varietal character with notes of pineapple, citrus fruits, marzipan and meadow flowers. Also exemplary on the palate with aromas of hazelnut, buttermilk, white bread and cocoa. The compact, crumbly dough is also typical. Naturally lactose-free and rich in calcium!
