Woerle's Salzburg farmer's cheese is a finely flavored semi-hard cheese specialty made from valuable, GMO-free and daily fresh hay milk - made according to a traditional farmer's recipe. During its maturing period, it is carefully cared for and treated by hand with maturing cultures so that it can develop its special perforation and its characteristic taste.
The aroma of this cheese stretches from the vegetable garden to the alpine meadow. The taste is also perceived as original and authentic. Aromas of cauliflower, walnut and buttermilk are charmingly embedded in the smooth dough.
