Fromi, The Tsalè with Saint Bernard Herbs
Le Tsalè aux Herbes de Saint Bernard is a creation of Fromi cheese master Vincent Christophe.
The raclette cheese is made from milk from the Gruyere region and organic herbs from Grand Saint Bernard. It contains a herbal mixture of thyme, basil, savory, lovage, sage, rosemary, marjoram and tarragon. The cheese matures for three months and is decorated with a St. Bernard dog.
