Berta's Bio nutssig ½ is a semi-hard cheese made from heated, micro-filtered, unpasteurized organic milk. It matures on Liechtenstein spruce wood for at least three months and during this time develops a full-bodied, nutty taste. Half loaves of 3 kg can be ordered.
