Due to the success with Cremoso al Tartufo, the spoon gorgonzla from Italy, Fromi has developed a new variant for the Christmas business.
With Cremoso al Pistacchio, the spoon gorgonzola is combined with pistachios from Sicily. Pistachios grow in Sicily at the foot of Mount Etna. A pistachio cream is also used in the cheese.
