After six weeks of maturing, the seasonal specialty Hopfener Ursprung is now available.
The traditional farmer's cheese is made in a small village dairy in Hopfen (Allgäu). The semi-hard cheese contains fresh wild garlic, which gives it an aromatic, spicy taste.
