The cast iron coordinate lineation surface plate serves as the datum plane for precise measurement and all kinds of inspection tasks. It can inspect the precision of the machinery parts size. Currently, our iron calibration plate has become one of the indispensable tools in the machinery manufacturing industry.
Size
Generally, the size range of workpiece measurement plate is from 100mm×100mm to 2000mm×4000mm. For special size, we also can arrange the production according to the drawing provided by the client, or after the consultation by both parties.
Precision
In accordance with the national standard metrological verification regulations, the precision degree of cast iron precision surface plate has Grade0, Grade1, Grade2, and Grade3.
1. Grade0 and Grade1 Types: within each side of 25mm2, there are at least 25 points.
2. Grade2 Type: within each side of 25mm2, there should be at least 20 points.
3. Grade3 Type: within each side of 25 mm2, there should be at least 12 points
