KR98 petroleum products vacuum distillation tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T9168, ASTM D1160 and other test standards. It is a complete vacuum distillation system. The components in the tester are arranged reasonably. There are distillation column, pressure measurement system, accept bottle, vacuum pumps, cold wells and refrigeration units, pressure buffer tanks, circulation pumps, etc.
Main Features for Distillation Apparatus:
1. High precision film vacuum differential pressure meter, replacing mercury differential pressure gauge.
2. Pressure range: 760mmHg~0.1mmHg.
3. Lightweight electric furnace adjustment device, easy to operate.
4. A flow tongue is placed in the receiver to make the flow rate more uniform.
5. Metal filter in the decanter prevents sample boiling.
6. The digital meter shows the pressure and the results are clear at a glance.
7. High precision needle valve control pressure.
8. Temperature display: digital display thermostat.
