POY yarn

Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) or half-finished yarn in polyester chips (PET) melting machines. POY yarn is in fact a cotton filament yarn. This type of yarn is not directly used in the textile industry due to its semi-elaborate structure and needs to be completed in the texture unit.

The Zagros Thread Company has the ability to produce this yarn in the form of cotton yarn and colored yarn (Dope Dyed) in its production process. Due to the production of DTY yarn, it consumes a significant portion of its POY yarn production inside the company.
