Water treatment tanks provided by HBFS adopt the most advanced three-dimensional winding process. It has many advantages such as corrosion resistant, light weight and high strength, good-looking appearance, easy to make installation and transportation, good property of leakage-proofing, long life and etc. The working pressure is 0.15Mpa-0.6Mpa and working temperature is 5-50 degree. Filament winding water treatment tanks have up and down covers with flanges joint, it can be equipped with the control valves from international famous company in water treatment such as Fleck in the United States, Koag, Autotrol, and etc. It is applicable for full-automatic water treatment devices for industry and civil use.
We have two kinds of materials with FRP (GRP) and PP/FRP (GRP) for water treatment tanks.
Mainly used for:
1. Water treatment industry (raw water treatment, municipal water supply treatment, sewage drainage treatment, well water soften treatment, and etc.).
2. Softened water, well water softened, underground water softened, boiler feed water softened.
3. Electroplating industry, metal recovery, macro porous resin adsorption.
4. Filtration and recycling of heavy metal in water treatment.
5. Pretreatment, intercept impurities, suspended solids, adsorption of different color and peculiar smell, and remove impurities such as iron and manganese.
6. Sewage treatment in chemical plants, and pretreatment of pure water treatment.
7. Water treatment and recycling in paper industry.
8. Industrial water treatment, sewage treatment, raw water treatment and purified water application.
