Cloth delivery rubber hose is composed of inner rubber layer, multi-layers cloth winding layer and outside rubber layer.
Cloth suction rubber hose is composed of inner rubber layer, multi-layers cloth winding layer, spiral wire reinforcement layer and outside rubber layer.
2.Products Features
Rubber hose is small and the bursting pressure is four times of working pressure.
3.Products function:
All types of cloth delivery or suction rubber hose adopts proper material to be manufactured according to the delivery medium, the structure design is reasonable, quality is good, and it is sturdy and durable. It is a kind of flexible rubber hose used for conveying and absorbing (negative pressure) all kinds of liquid viscous fluid and powdery solids, and it comes in several types according to its function:
(1).Water delivery rubber hose: suitable for general water delivery, used in -20℃--45℃ environment;
(2).Air rubber hose: suitable for conveying compressed air and inactive gas, used in -20℃--45℃ environment;
(3).Oil-resistant rubber hose: suitable for conveying conventional oil, used in -20℃--45℃ environment;
(4).Heat-resistant rubber hose: Suitable for conveying water below 100℃.
(5).Steam rubber hose: suitable for conveying hot water below 170℃ or saturated vapor.
(6).Dilute acid and alkali-resistant rubber hose: conveying dilute acid and alkali solution with concentration below 40%, used in -20℃--45℃ environment;
(7).Grit blasting rubber hose: suitable for sand blasting and polishing of metal surface.
(8).Absorbing and drainage water and oil rubber hose: working pressure 1.0-1.5MPa (four times of safety factor).
(9).Food conveying and suction rubber hose: used for absorbing and drainage beer, drinks, cooking oil and etc under normal temperature, keeping the flavor and color no change, which comply with the requirements of food rubber sanitation.
