Compulsory Hardware Accessories for 3D SLS Printers:
1- Parts cleaning table: After the completion of the work on the parts of the R230, the cylinder is made out of the machine and placed inside the cleaning table of the parts. The remaining powder in the cylinder and the parts on the table are separated from each other, and with the mechanism available on this machine, the remaining powders will be screened and reused on the R230's TYANN.
2. Cleaning and working tools: This kit includes a tool for cleaning various parts of the R230's Tianan machine to prepare the device for a new job. The safety and personal equipment required for the operator of the machine is also featured in this kit. Simple tools required as well as access keys to various parts of the device and other items required are also available in this package.
3. Compressed air production system: The compressed air required for the R230's TYVN machine must meet certain standards. The quality of compressed air is one of the most sensitive ones. The compressed air compressor design system includes a screw compressor and dryers and filters to supply this item.
4. Cooling system: Some sensitive components embedded inside the R230 are required for continuous cooling to water at temperatures below 20 ° C. This cooling water is supplied by the cooling system, which is connected to the machine with a hose to a special place.
