The R230 is currently calibrated for four materials that are available to customers. If necessary, there is a possibility of testing materials on the machine:
1- Polyamide Medical grade:
Polyamide powder is a 12-grade medical grade for the production of surgical and orthoses, and prostheses and tissue engineering scaffolds, and has standards for biological applications.
2- Polyamide Industrial Grade:
Polyamide powder 12 industrial grades are prepared for the direct production of high performance mechanical parts by the AIDIZEIN Group with a specific granulation and formulation in accordance with the R230's TYANOM machine. The machine is also calibrated and ready to work for this powder. Be
3- Flame retardant polyamide:
This poly powder has been developed with anti flame properties for use in the manufacture of air components, household appliances and electrical equipment.
4- Polypropylene Industrial grade:
Polypropylene is used to produce industrial components, it has anti-shock properties but has less strength than polyamide. The production of this material is more cost effective than polyamide.
5. Polystyrene powder for precision casting:
This powder is used to produce wax models used in precision casting and can not be used as a piece.
