Instrumentation training system

The Instrumentation Training System was introduced in 1394 for the first time by Ryan Nick Company and supplied to the country's education market. This product is designed according to the needs of the universities and educational centers of the country to provide a complete training package on the practical training of controlling processes and working with sensors and is designed according to the guidelines approved by the High Council for Planning of the Ministry of Science and the Technical and Professional University. The design of the RN-500 has been done in a multipurpose manner, which fully covers various laboratories in different fields of electrical power (especially in the field of electric-control). These labs include precision instruments, linear controls, digital controls, sensor and transducer laboratories, and non-electric quantifiable measurement labs. This training suite includes fluid level control processes, temperature control, fluid flow (discharge), pressure (strain), humidity, velocity, angular position, distance control, and power-torque sensors. It also includes several modules for the specialized training of transducer circuits and industrial transmissions. The design concept of the RN-500 has always been considered, and all module modules are designed with specific inputs and outputs. The modular design feature allows the machine to be controlled by any other controller (without limitation). This feature, especially for conducting research projects, paves the way. One of the goals in designing this training complex is to train and control skills in industrial processes. This requires familiarizing with different sensors, how to improve the sensor signal for feedback to the controller, adjusting the various controller parameters, and finally closing the control loop, all of which are fully taught in the agenda. The user interface can also be connected to the computer through the Interface Module, in addition to recording the values of electrical signals with software such as MATLAB and LABVIEW.
