The Aging Oven Tester is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulating materials, electronic parts, plastic products, etc.; to assess and judge its adaptability to storage and use under high temperature environmental conditions. The sample is in the simulation of high temperature and aging in air at atmospheric pressure, to be measured and compared with the performance before test.
2. Structure
1) Inner size: W500 × D500 × H600 mm; (other sizes are available)
2) External size: W970 × D720 × H1560 mm appr;
3) Operation panel: control panel is located on the right side of the machine (pictured);
4) Open the door: to open a single door from right to left;
5) Observation window: door with tempered glass window, size: W250 * H350mm;
6) Inner material: 304 # stainless steel sand plate: 1.2mm in thickness;
7) External material: Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, 1.2mm in thickness with powder paint treatment; (creamy white)
8) Product material shelves: A set of built-in turntable hangers, two turntables, diameter 280mm;
9) A set of speed motor, speed 3-20 RPM adjustable;
10) Insulation material: high temperature resistance fiber rock wool, with good insulation effect;
11) Door seal material: high temperature silicone bar;
12) Machine with four activities casters and fixed feet, movable or fixed is optional.
3. Temperature control system
1) The temperature control is PID digital display instrument (Taiwan TESHOW Instrument EM705), single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, PV/SV simultaneous display, with key setting;
2) Timing function: 1-9999 (hours, minutes, seconds), start timing when the temperature reaches the set temperature, and alarm at the same time;
3) Temperature sensor line (PT-100) type;
4) Output: 3-32V;
5) Current controller: SSR solid state relay;
6) Heat material: stainless steel heat-resistant heating tube;
7) Temperature range: RT +20 ~ 200 °C adjustable, commonly used within 160 degrees; (other high temperature are available)
8) Heating rate: RT to 200 °C for about 45 minutes;
9) Control accuracy: ± 1.0°C;
10) Display accuracy: 0.1 °C;
11) Temperature deviation: ±2.5°C. (No-load test)
