Properties:
It has the characteristics of good initial stickiness, moderate stripping force and good resistance to metastasis.
Does not apply to any breathable film backing adhesive.
Recommended operating conditions:
Operating temperature: 130°C ~180°C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment and other conditions.
Coating mode: Suitable for standard hot melt slit scraping, multi-line and other coating mode.
Recommended ambient temperature: ≥10°C
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool place below 40ºC for 24 months.
Points to Note:
Do not mix with other adhesives. The operating temperature should not exceed 180°C.
The hot melt glue groove must be covered tightly to prevent sundries from falling into and affecting the performance of the glue.
Since hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment should be worn.
Recommended "first-in-first-use" cycle use.
In winter when the temperature is low, it is recommended to raise the operating temperature appropriately.
