The nickel wire mesh is made by weaving nickel wires processed from vacuum melting process, by forging, rolling, annealing drawing. We use quality nickel wire for producing nickel mesh and screen: Nickel 99.9%, N2, N4, N6, N8 and other grades. The wire diameter ranges from 0.025mm-0.6mm packed in Coil or Spool. The nickel wire is produced in accordance to Standard ASTM B160/B162, AISI,DIN, or GB etc. Nickel mesh can also be expanded or knitted.
We supply nickel wire mesh woven from 12mesh to 200mesh, in a variety of nickel materials: Nickel-200 (pure nickel) , Ni200, Ni201 and etc.
Uses: Nickel wire mesh is temperature resisting(1000 Celsius degrees), acid resisting, alkali resisting. The products are used in electric apparatus, chemical machinery, filter and battery.
Samples: 12"x24" samples of nickel mesh can be supplied for quality check.
