Horizontal turnover lacquer mixer is specialized in compounding the resin emulsion with different gradations of sand particles. Adapted U-type swivel design, automatic limit switches, multiple protection, a single batch can stirred amount 3-50T per hour. It is apply to mix powder-powder materials and powder-liquid materials, especially paste, viscous or with big specific gravity such as putty, stone coatings, metal powders etc. It has open large inlet and smooth outlet, one batch mixing will take about 20 minutes. The vertical type is still popular in the market, you can choose the horizontal or the vertical type according to your materials property.
