TC800 COD Analyzer is a water quality detection equipment with high cost performance. It adopts sealed catalytic digestion and then USES colorimetric method to measure. Advanced cold light source, narrow band interference technology and microcomputer automatically process data to directly display and print the concentration value of samples.
The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch LCD screen and a flat UI design interface, which enables a more intuitive display of detection data.

Principle
COD determination principle (chromium method) : In the presence of strong acid solution neutralization of excess dichromate potassium, silver sulfate as a catalyst, through heating catalytic oxidation of reducing substances in the water, through hexavalent chromium or chromium trivalent absorbance value and water COD value to determine the COD value of water samples.
